The flour comes exclusively from organic emmer grown in Italy. Emmer wheat is among the oldest cereals cultivated by man. The Alce Nero Organic emmer wheat biscuits are a source of fibre, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and copper, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: Wheat flour (spelt)* (38%), wheat flakes (emmer)* (29%), cane sugar*, high oleic sunflower oil* (14%), rice syrup*, raising agent (ammonium carbonate, sodium carbonate), salt.<br \/>\n*Organic<\/p>\n<p>Contains <strong>gluten<\/strong>.
