Organic rice and corn cream with B1 Vitamins (from 4 months) Alce Nero

Alce Nero Organic Rice and Corn Cream is made with 100% organic rice and corn grown in Italy, with the addition of vitamin B1 as per current regulations. It contains no flavorings, is instant, and is recommended for infants from 4-6 months onwards (according to a pediatrician’s advice). Thanks to its gluten-free nature, Alce Nero Organic Rice and Corn Cream is ideal as one of the first solid foods during weaning. It comes in a re-sealable, freshness-preserving package.

Years of experience in organic farming and the development of delicate manufacturing processes have allowed us to create a cream that nourishes little ones while introducing them to the taste of cereals.

Preparation instructions: Bring water to a boil (100°C) in a saucepan. Use approximately one tablespoon (equal to 5 g) for every 50 ml of liquid. Slowly pour the flour directly into the boiling liquid, stirring constantly until the desired consistency is achieved. Let it cool to about 37°C, and the cream is ready.

Ingredients: Rice flour* (50%), corn flour* (50%), vitamin B1.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat. Close the container tightly after use to maintain freshness. Consume within 3-4 weeks.

Alce Nero informs : The WHO (World Health Organization) recommends breastfeeding, wherever possible, for at least the first six months of life. Always consult your pediatrician about the dosage and timing of introducing creams.
