Pesto alla Genovese BIO
This bright green pesto retains the distinctive aroma of freshly picked Genoese Basil DOP, the fresh flavor of all the ingredients, and the fragrance of freshly mortared pesto, as it’s unpasteurized. Without any preservatives, we add cashews, a natural ingredient that reduces the basil’s moisture content and allows the product to be preserved for 12 months.
Ideal for pasta, lasagna, vegetable soup and as a spread on bread.
