Eubio – Dry yeast ΒΙΟ

Organic dry Yeast without emulsifier.

Ingredients: Yeast*

Each packet contains enough for 500 g of flour. This is equivalent to 1/2 cube of fresh yeast.

Mix the yeast and flour (do not dissolve directly in liquid) and proceed according to your recipe.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Packed in a protective (nitrogen-filled) atmosphere. The set contains 3 packets of 9 g each.
