The Organic Alce Nero emmer wheat biscuits do not contain eggs, flavourings or animal fats. The flour comes exclusively from organic emmer grown in Italy. Emmer wheat is among the oldest cereals cultivated by man. The Alce Nero Organic emmer wheat biscuits are a source of fibre, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and copper, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (spelt)* (38%), wheat flakes (emmer)* (29%), cane sugar*, high oleic sunflower oil* (14%), rice syrup*, raising agent (ammonium carbonate, sodium carbonate), salt.
