Alce Nero organic soluble barley is an ideal preparation for a delicious, naturally caffeine-free beverage, an ideal substitute for coffee and all other stimulants, and also great for children. The barley used is organic and 100% Italian.

Directions for use: place two teaspoons of Soluble Barley in a cup, sweeten to taste with honey or sugar and dissolve in a little hot or cold milk (or water or vegetable drinks) in the quantity you prefer.
